1)Power Off device
2)modify the update file to flash.bin and send it to usb storage
3)insert that usb storage to Freesat or Gtmedia
4)power on device then press Menu Menu ... Key on Remort till the LCD or TV show upgrade information
5)waiting the Receiver or Finder auto reboot.
